Track your GlowRex™ order

As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a clickable tracking link. Tracking can take up to 3 business days to show its first carrier scan.

How to check your shipment

1. Open the shipping confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout.
2. Select Track package or open your Shopify order-status link.
3. Allow up to 72 hours after dispatch for the carrier's first update.

Cannot find the email?

Check your spam and promotions folders. If you still cannot find it, email wearvermelle@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. For privacy, we may ask you to confirm the delivery postcode before sharing order details.

Please note: processing time and transit time are separate. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
